Keynote: Trust-Related Behavior Process: Model Building and Empirical Validation
Time: TBA
ABSTRACT: This talk discusses the trust-related behavior process and develops the Attribution, Attitude, and Action (AAA) model through a systematic literature review. The proposed model provides a comprehensive framework to understand trust formation in behavioral process, distinguishing itself from traditional Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA), Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) models. The model is validated by the grounded theory method and a purposive sampling survey. Findings are expected to help social network participants understand the mechanisms of trust development, enabling effective value co-creation, and enhancing satisfaction among stakeholders.
